Namaste Construction was founded by Tom Madson, a lifelong Chicago resident who has worked successfully in residential building, remodeling and landscaping for more than 20 years.

A successful entrepreneur, Madson has developed and renovated hundreds of homes and commercial buildings throughout the greater Chicago area, with many of his customers coming back to him to have them build their next home.

Madson started Namaste to create a better kind of construction company – one that gives its workers full-time jobs in everything from carpenters and electricians to real estate agents and lenders. The result is an incredible one-stop shop that gives all homebuyers and homeowners the opportunity to work with one company to build or remodel their home – from landscaping and renovation to financing, contracts and closings. It’s a better type of construction company, both for you as a customer and for Namaste’s employees.
